Mitz artisans
The Mitz Artisans are women who, through collective work, have found in artisanal upcycling a source of income, a form of autonomy, and a supportive network.
Each MITZ product is made by organized collectives in different communities in the State of Mexico. From design to quality control, they are present throughout the entire process. In addition to their manual labor, they participate in ongoing training on financial education, savings culture, life skills, vision for the future, and entrepreneurship.
With each piece, they build an economic model that promotes sustainability, autonomy, and decent work.
