Mitz and the Lorena Ochoa Foundation: A joint journey toward empowering Mexican artisans

At Mitz, this vision is becoming a reality thanks to our collaborative work with partner organizations that share our commitment to women's empowerment and community development.

We are proud to announce our partnership with the Lorena Ochoa Foundation, a nonprofit organization that, like Mitz, works tirelessly for the well-being and advancement of women artisans in Mexico.


This partnership has materialized in a food distribution program, designed to strengthen the comprehensive support we provide to the artisan collectives with which we collaborate. The initiative's main objective is to ensure that these talented women have the basic resources necessary to thrive in their daily lives and thus focus on developing their personal and creative projects.

Despite its recent implementation, the program has had a significant impact on artisan communities. In just two months, we have delivered a large number of wellness kits, directly benefiting many women each month.


The partnership between Mitz and the Lorena Ochoa Foundation goes beyond the delivery of these kits.

We seek to generate a positive impact on the lives of artisans through comprehensive support that includes:
