Order preparation

Every piece is prepared and checked before it leaves. When we confirm your order we send you an email with the estimated preparation and delivery time.

Coverage

We ship throughout Mexico and also outside Mexico. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the weight of the order.

Tracking

As soon as the order leaves, we email you the tracking number so you can follow it.

International shipping

Taxes, duties and customs procedures in the destination country are covered by the buyer. Delivery times may vary depending on customs.

Issues

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to us at contacto@mitz.mx within five days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it with you.
