Who we are

mitz.mx is the online store of Comercializadora Mitz, with address at Cda 1A Cesteros Mz 81 Lt 10, Chimalhuacán, Estado de México, C.P. 56366, Mexico. By using this site and buying from it, you accept these terms.

Products

Our pieces are made by hand from recovered materials. Images are indicative and each piece may show small variations in color, texture and finish, inherent to the artisanal technique and to the source material.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We may update them and change product availability without prior notice. If a product goes out of stock after your purchase, we will let you know and refund the amount.

Corporate orders

Projects with companies are quoted individually. The terms of each project, including volume, timelines and payment terms, are agreed in writing before production begins.

Use of the site

The texts, images, designs and trademarks on this site belong to MITZ or to whoever has authorized their use. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date. We are not liable for service interruptions outside our control, nor for use of the products outside their normal conditions of use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City.
